Test:

  • After the high-temperature stage, the test sample shall be transferred to the low-temperature test chamber that has been adjusted to - 55 ℃ within 5min and maintained for 1H or until the test sample reaches stable temperature, whichever is the length of time.

 

  • After the low-temperature stage, the test sample shall be transferred to the high-temperature test chamber that has been adjusted to 70 ℃ within 5min and maintained for 1hor until the test sample reaches a stable temperature, whichever is the length of time.

 

  • Repeat the above experimental method to complete three cycles. According to the sample size and space size, there may be a slight error in time.

 

Recovery: After the test sample is taken out of the cold and thermal shock test chamber, it shall be recovered under normal test atmospheric conditions until the temperature of the test sample is stable.

 

Final test: evaluate the test results according to the damage degree in the standard and other methods.

  • The radiator (condenser) of the refrigeration unit of the cold and thermal shock test chamber shall be maintained regularly and kept clean. The dust sticky condenser will cause the high-pressure switch of the compressor to trip and give a false alarm. The condenser should be maintained regularly every month. Use a vacuum cleaner to absorb the dust attached to the condenser heat dissipation net, or use a hard brush or blow the dust with a high-pressure air nozzle after starting up.

 

  • When opening and closing the door or taking the test object from the furnace, do not let the object contact the rubber edge on the door, to prevent the rubber edge from being damaged and shortening the service life.

 

  • The ground around and at the bottom of the fuselage shall be kept clean at any time to avoid accidents and performance degradation caused by a large amount of dust inhalation into the unit.

 

  • The refrigeration system of the cold and thermal shock test chamber is the core of the machine. Please inspect all-copper pipes once a half year to see if there is any leakage of snow.
