Hydraulic tensile testing machine

 

The hydraulic metal tensile test machine is driven by the up and down movement of the hydraulic cylinder to move the fixture up and down to realize various functions of the pulling machine. The advantage is that it can do a tensile test with higher strength, but the disadvantage is that the control accuracy is not high and it is not sanitary. It is mainly used in metal materials, bridge bearings, large plates, building materials, composite materials, and other industries. The load is generally more than 300KN (30t).

 

Working principle

 

The motor drives the oil pump to rotate, and the oil pump absorbs oil to convert mechanical energy into hydraulic oil pressure energy. The hydraulic valve realizes the adjustment of direction, pressure, and flow through the integrated block, and is transmitted to the hydraulic mechanical oil cylinder or oil motor through the external pipeline, to control the direction change, force, and speed of the hydraulic machinery, to promote the work of the hydraulic machinery.

  • Hydraulic metal tensile test machine, limited by oil source configuration, has low test speed.

 

  • Compared with bench top tensile test machine, small tonnage (< 300KN) has low comprehensive cost performance and poor expansibility.

 

  • The servo valve has high requirements for the filtering accuracy of the hydraulic oil of the oil source, and the hydraulic oil needs to be replaced regularly.

 

  • The hydraulic connecting pipes and joints are easy to leak oil, and the oil source is noisy.

 

  • The hydraulic oil source needs to be equipped with a cooling system (air cooling or water cooling), with high energy consumption.

 

  • The hydraulic tension testing machine has very high requirements for the foundation, especially the large force value of the machine. The foundation needs to be prepared according to the drawings provided by the testing machine manufacturer, and the whole machine occupies a large space.

 

  • Larger tonnage, more stable hydraulic driving force, and more reliable material test.

 

Mechanical tensile testing machine

 

The mechanical metal tensile test machine is mainly driven by the rotation of the motor screw rod, which drives the fixture to move up and down, to realize the functions of the metal tensile test machine, compression, peeling, tearing, shearing, three-point bending resistance and so on. The advantage is high-precision control.

 

The main machine of the mechanical metal tensile test machine is of single-pole structure or door structure, which is mainly applicable to the tensile test of rubber, plastic, textile, geotextile, waterproof material, wire and cable, mesh rope, metal wire, metal rod, metal plate, and other materials. The added accessories can be used for bending, tearing, peeling, and other tests.

  • It can realize three closed-loop controls: load control, strain control, and displacement control.

 

  • The force measuring range is wide, ranging from 0.4% to 100% of the full range, and the force measuring accuracy can reach a level of 0.5.

 

  • The test speed range is adjustable, and the test speed is 0.001mm/min-1000mm/min. The test stroke can be determined according to needs, which is more flexible.

 

  • Flexible test methods: models with a test range of less than 300KN can freely select and replace test fixtures and can expand external sensors and corresponding fixtures to meet different types of material mechanics tests (such as tensile, compression, bending, peeling, tearing, shear, tensile and torsion tests).

 

  • High-temperature ovens, high and low-temperature ovens, or another environmental oven can be added for environmental simulation tests.
