Finally, the control methods are different. Digital display and screen display control the flow into the oil cylinder by manually operating the oil supply valve and return valve. The computer-controlled electric servo is controlled by the computer-operated hydraulic servo valve.

Maintenance of hydraulic universal testing machine

1. Cleaning and sanitation: during the test, some dust, such as oxide scale and metal debris, will inevitably appear. If not cleaned in time, it will not only cause wear on the surface of some parts but also if this dust enters the hydraulic system of the hydraulic universal testing machine, it will block the valve hole and scratch the piston surface. Therefore, the use after each cleaning is very critical, and the sanitation of the testing machine must be adhered to;

Complete the corresponding test with the appropriate fixture, otherwise, the test will not be very successful and the fixture will be damaged: the hydraulic universal testing machine is usually only equipped with the fixture for making standard samples. If it is making non-standard samples, such as steel strand, lap steel, etc., it is necessary to add the appropriate fixture; There are also some super hardness data, such as spring steel., The clamp with special data must be used, otherwise, the clamp will be damaged;

3. Hydraulic oil: we can always check the liquid level of the system oil tank and replenish the oil in time; Generally, change the oil every 2000 to 4000 hours; However, the most important thing is that the oil temperature shall not exceed 70 ℃, and a cooling technology system must be developed and opened when the oil temperature reaches more than 60 ℃;

4. Filter: replace the filter without a blockage indicator every 6 months. The filter is equipped with a locking indicator, which should be monitored frequently. When the indicator gives an alarm, it must be replaced immediately.
