Temperature range of sand dust test chamber

 

It refers to the limited temperature that the industrial studio can withstand and/or reach. It usually includes a concept of constant control, and the sand dust test chamber should be the limit value that can operate stably for a long time. The general temperature range includes extreme high temperatures and extremely low temperatures.

  • Level 1: it can be protected to prevent foreign matters with a diameter greater than 50mm from falling into the equipment.

 

  • Level 2: it can be protected to prevent foreign matters from falling into equipment with a diameter of more than 12.5mm.

 

  • Level 3: it can be protected to prevent foreign matters from falling into equipment with a diameter of more than 2.5mm.

 

  • Level 4: it can be protected to prevent foreign matters from falling into equipment exceeding 1.00mm.

 

  • Level 5: dust cannot be completely prevented from entering, but the amount of dust entering shall not affect the normal operation of the equipment and the use safety.
