Testing Machine: How To Replace Rubber Film Of Burst Strength Taster？

The rubber film on the testing machine needs to be replaced from time to time, but improper operation may cause the subsequent use of the machine. Taking a burst strength test machine( following picture) as an example to teach you how to replace the rubber film.
Required Tools
- Wrench (HAIDA standard equipped with machine before shipment)
- New rubber film:1 pc
Replace steps
Step 1. Firstly, please enter the test interface and click “Setting” button and then click below red mark “R. Rubber” in picture 2&3 and then click “cylinder” in picture 4.

Step 2. Loosen the Clamp ring who fixed rubber film by wrench as below picture 5 shown (Note:Tighten clockwise and loosen counterclockwise)

Step 3. Please click “cylinder” on the interface after dismantled the clamp ring to make cylinder return to the original position.
Step 4. Please loosen the screws of the oil cup (Unscrew counterclockwise). Observe the silicone oil content, and please make sure that 2/3 of the oil in the oil cup.
Step 5. Take off the broken rubber. And Please check the silicone oil under the rubber film whether is enough. If not enough, please add more in the oil cup until the silicone oil is parallel to the hole as below picture. Then replace a new rubber film.
Step 6. After replaced the new rubber film, please click the “cylinder”on the touch screen, and then tighten the clamp ring, as below picture shown:
Step 7. After tighten the clamp ring, and please tighten the oil cup’s screw. Meanwhile, observe the rubber whether has a obviously bulging upwards.
Step 8. If no bulging occurred on the rubber film, then need to loosen the oil cup to Let stand for 5~6 minutes. Then observe the changes the rubber film, when the rubber film has a obvious bulging, so the oil cup can be tightened.
