According to the degree of automation, it can be divided into:

Pointer type tensile testing machine: this traditional tensile testing machine has been basically eliminated by digital display tensile testing machine due to its low testing.

Digital display tensile testing machine is also known as microcomputer tensile testing machine: the test data is directly displayed on the LCD screen, and the test items are relatively fixed, which is commonly used for manufacturing.

Computer system tensile testing machine: it is the most common tensile testing machine. Because the test data is collected by computer, and then calculated and processed by software program, the data can be printed by report form. It is often used in scientific research institutions, testing institutions, new product development, etc.

According to the control system, it can be divided into:

Variable frequency tensile testing machine: it is adopted for variable frequency speed control system.

Servo system tensile testing machine: the servo motor control system is adopted to control the tension, compression speed and displacement more accurately. The servo motor system is a servo control feedback operation, which can be used for constant speed test, cycle test, programming test, etc.

Tensile testing machine with other driving modes: controlled by DC motor, the tensile testing machine with this driving mode has been phased out due to its low cost performance.
