Usage and Maintenance Skills of Rain Test Chamber

The rain test chamber is mainly used for the waterproof test of the shell of external lighting, signal equipment, and automobile lampshade, and the test of whether the electrical products, shell, and seal can ensure the good performance of equipment and components in the rain environment.

3. According to the operating instructions of the controller, first complete the commissioning setting, and then enter the commissioning state according to the set operation mode;

4. During the detection, if the rain spray test chamber observes its change through the inspection window, it can find the change in the window lamp through the inspection, and judge whether it is necessary to open the box door;

5. Open the door handle of the rain spray test chamber, remove the test sample rack, inspect the sample, and record the test status data. This test has been completed;

6. After the test, turn off the power switch and clean the rain test chamber with a scrubbing test.

Maintenance skills of rain test chamber in daily work

1. After the test, the residual water in the equipment. If not cleaned, it will have a certain impact on the accuracy of equipment testing. At this time, you can wipe it with a soft cloth. Please don't close the door in time after wiping. The door should be opened for ventilation and closed after some time.

2. A large amount of dust and impurities will accumulate in the distribution room of the rain spray test chamber for a long time, so the rain spray test chamber for a long time is particularly easy to cause equipment failure. Therefore, the instruments, water circuits, and distribution boards in the distribution room should be cleaned regularly. We suggest that you can clean them once a month, but pay attention to turning off the power during cleaning to avoid accidental electric shock.

3. The control glass layer and operation panel can be gently wiped with an ordinary cotton cloth or old packaging.

4. The nozzle in the rain spray test chamber studio should be wiped dry after each use because the nozzle will be blocked due to long-term accumulation.
