Working Principle of Sponge Rebound Instrument

The sponge springs back instrument is suitable for testing the elastic properties (spring back coefficient) of polyester elastic materials.
Sponge, foam, rubber, and other materials should be stored for at least 72 hours before testing. Before the test, the sample shall be conditioned in an environment with a temperature of 23 ± 2 ℃ and relative humidity of 45% - 50% for at least 16 hours, and then tested in the above environment.
- The upper and lower surfaces of the cuboid of the sample should be parallel to each other, and the sample is not allowed to have skin.
- Sample size: length 100mm, width 100mm, height 50+2mm.
- Quantity: 3 samples per group.
Sampling direction: the rebound direction of the falling ball shall be consistent with the actual use direction.
