Die Temperatur-, Feuchtigkeits- und Vibrationsprüfkammer eignet sich für umfassende Umweltzuverlässigkeitsprüfungen sowie für Prüfungen von Luft- und Raumfahrtprodukten, informationstechnischen Instrumenten, Materialien, elektrischen und elektronischen Produkten sowie verschiedenen elektronischen Komponenten unter komplexen Umgebungsbedingungen hinsichtlich Temperatur und Feuchtigkeit; dazu zählen Zuverlässigkeitsqualifizierungsprüfungen (RQC), Produktzuverlässigkeitsabnahmeprüfungen (PRAT), Routineprüfungen, Stress-Screening-Prüfungen (ESS) usw.
