Seatbelt anchor point strength tester is designed according to the user’s test requirements and relevant standards. It is used to test the structural strength and safety reliability of various automotive seat frames, headrests, seat belts, and complete seats under both static and dynamic conditions.
It is intended to evaluate the seat production process and the assembled finished product by examining the strength that each welded joint, all connections, and locking mechanisms can withstand when subjected to specified directions and forces. This allows for assessing the strength and corresponding deformation of the seat frame and the finished seat.
The equipment automatically records various values such as force, strength, displacement, and deformation through a computer, and automatically generates test curves and test reports.
