EQUIPMENT STRUCTURE

1.This equipment is divided into upper, lower, right three parts, the upper part of the work area (spray area and turntable), the right side is the electrical control cabinet, water supply tank. 2.The sample rack is designed to load 20 kg, 360 degrees rotation in the horizontal direction. Transmission device can be set directly in the touch screen instrumentation speed, controlled by the PLC controller, easy to operate, to avoid the past similar equipment manually adjusted by feel the inaccuracy and cumbersome. The lower part of the turntable is equipped with a conductive slip ring, the sample can be energized during the test: the specimen can be connected to an external DC 10A, 10~24V energized power supply without affecting the turntable rotation, the voltage drop <2V.

3.The equipment is equipped with a large enough water tank for water spraying. The suction motor pressurizes the water in the water tank into the pipeline, and through the adjustment of the pressure relief valve, the specified flow rate and pressure are maintained and sprayed out from the nozzle. Water pump for high-pressure piston pumps, nozzles for the import of atomized fan nozzles.

4.Flow meter: electromagnetic flow meter, electromagnetic flow sensor and electromagnetic flow converter, which is based on Faraday electromagnetic flow induction principle, can be used to measure the flow of the test water flow, can be realized on the flow of control, regulation, display and accumulation. Through the converter output 4 ~ 20mADC signal, connected with the central controller, subject to its control, and display.
