HD-E802-2 UV Aging Chamber - UVB
UV Aging Test Chamber
The test chamber uses a fluorescent ultraviolet lamp as the light source, and conducts accelerated weather resistance tests on the materials by simulating the ultraviolet radiation and condensation in natural sunlight to obtain the weather resistance results of the materials. It can simulate environmental conditions such as ultraviolet, rain, high temperature, high humidity, condensation, darkness, etc. in the natural climate. By reproducing these conditions, they can be combined into a cycle and let it automatically execute the number of cycles.
Ultraviolet aging tester UVB-313 lamp tube: The short-wave ultraviolet light generated by the UVB-313 lamp tube is stronger than the sun's ultraviolet rays usually irradiated on the earth's surface, which can accelerate the aging of the material to the greatest extent. However, the lamp tube of the ultraviolet aging tester may cause unrealistic damage to some materials. UVB-313 tubes are mainly used for quality control and research and development, or for testing materials with strong weather resistance.

APPLICATIONS
1. Simulate the sun, rain spray and condensation resulting damage to test the materials by exposure to sunlight with moisture and temperature.
2. To get the results of damage after several days or weeks which is equal to expose to outside for a few months. The damages include fading, discoloration, brightness down, powder, crack, blur, brittle, strength decreases and oxidation.
3. Provide reference with testing data for improvement of existing materials, or to assess the impact of changes in product durability and other aspects.
4.Ultraviolet aging tester is suitable for accelerated artificial aging test of weather resistance of paint, ink, chemicals, rubber and plastics, coatings, adhesives, etc.

Ultraviolet Aging Test Chamber Images
The ultraviolet aging tester has two lamp configurations, and customers can choose the lamp according to the test requirements of the test product: UV aging tester UVA-340 lamp: UVA-340 lamp can simulate the short-wave ultraviolet light in the sun very well , That is, the wavelength range from 365nm to the cut-off point of sunlight at 295nm.
