This instrument simulates small flames generated under fault conditions (e.g., leakage currents, component overheating, poor contacts) to assess fire hazards.

Needle Flame Testing Instrument is specifically designed for evaluating fire risks in small components where glow-wire or horizontal/vertical flame tests are unsuitable. If a sample ignites during glow-wire testing, the needle flame test further analyzes combustion risks. Applicable to parts of electrical/electronic products and household appliances, such as terminal blocks, centrifugal switches, and rice cooker sockets.

This model features PLC + color LCD touchscreen control with an intuitive interface and includes a built-in printer for recording test conditions and results.
