Haida Mattress Intergrated Tester is a comprehensive multi-function testing equipment for mattresses, which can carry out stable testing of mattresses, test the hardness of the mattress, and meet international standards such as ASTM F 1566.

Mattress Durability Test Applications& Test Purpose:
Mattress Durability Tester using a horizontal hexagonal wooden drum roll or cylinder (both ends of the diameter of 250 mm, the middle part of the 300 mm, rolling back and forth on the mattress, simulate human motion to assess the durability of the mattress.
تم تصنيع جهاز اختبار متانة المراتب لتحديد مدى صلابة أي نوع من المراتب ووحدات السرير ذات الزنبركات، بغض النظر عن المواد المستخدمة في التصنيع، وذلك عبر محاكاة ظروف الاستخدام طويل الأمد. يتكون الجهاز من بكرة ثقيلة تتحرك بشكل عرضي فوق مرتبة الاختبار لمحاكاة حركة الجسم. ويمكن تعديل طول حركة البكرة بسهولة عن طريق تحريك أدوات ضبط الحركة إلى اليسار أو اليمين بما يتناسب مع نوع المرتبة قيد الاختبار. كما يتم تحميل البكرة وتفريغها بسهولة على المرتبة باستخدام آلية رفع تعمل بالمحرك.

Test Standard: ASTM F 1566, EN 1957
Mattress Hardness & Height Change Test Applications& Test Purpose:
The test machine combines the loading device (roll) with a hardness measuring device. Thus, firmness test can be carried out according to ASTM F 1566 or EN 1957, without the need for a rearrangement of the specimen, which would falsify the measured values. It can also display height change by servo measuring system.

Edge Test Applications& Test Purpose:
يزيد الجهاز من وظيفة اختبار تعب المراتب، حيث يحاكي جلوس الإنسان على حافة المرتبة بقوة 1000 نيوتن لاختبار مدى تأثر المرتبة بعد 5000 دورة وفقاً لمواصفة EN1725.
