Check the filter and you will find that there is a lot of ash, the electric heating is damaged, and there are many caked materials at the outlet. The first problem is cutting off the power supply of the equipment and extinguishing the fire source.
This phenomenon is mainly caused by the combustion of the air inlet filter of the system. As the drying oven will have powder flying in the production process, this dust will adhere to the filter element of the air inlet. These paper filter elements spontaneously ignite due to the temperature of the heating box.
The atomizer is noisy
Squeaking sounds can be heard during the operation of the atomizer. When the atomizer was checked, it was found that the atomizing disc and material distributor were normal. But a crack about 8mm long appeared on the rear bearing seat. The raceway of the inner race of the rear bearing seat also had a wear track about 0.5mm deep. The phenomenon of burning blue can be found by careful observation.
First, click the rear bearing seat for repair welding, and replace the front and rear bearings. We compared the no-load and loading tests of the motor and found that the vibration value of the detection point did not change significantly. It was inferred that the vibration had nothing to do with the atomizing disc and the material distributor. The vibration of the rear bearing block is greater than that of the front bearing block, indicating that the problem is in the bearing. However, the high-speed rotation of the spray atomizing disk will produce a large centrifugal force, and the bearing has radial clearance. However, the force on the ball in the non-load area is unbalanced, so it will make an abnormal sound.
A corrugated spring with a thickness of 0.5mm, an outer diameter of 32mm, and an inner diameter of 28mm is added to the rear bearing seat of the motor. The spring has a preload of 1.5mm, which compensates for the axial displacement of the bearing. When the motor rotor changes due to heating, the inner ring of the bearing also moves with it. Thus eliminating the excessive clearance of the motor.
