Startup and shutdown maintenance

Post maintenance test

 

• To avoid the accumulation of salt solution crystals affecting the calculation of settlement, the solution in the measuring cup shall be poured out and cleaned in time after the test;

 

• After the test, the oil and water shall be drained;

 

• After each test, clean the corrosion test chamber, saltwater tank, pressure bucket, and dense water tank with clean water.

 

Other

 

• Keeping the test brine and the water used in the saturator clean can improve the service life of the nozzle and saturator;

 

• the salt solution after spray should not be used repeatedly.

 

• When the corrosion test chamber is in normal use, the water stored in the saturator shall be replaced regularly;

 

• It is strictly prohibited to clean the control panel with water and various liquids;

 

• Direct sunlight and other heat sources are strictly prohibited;

 

• The corrosion test chamber shall be placed horizontally and kept stable.

1. Installation site

 

There is no strong vibration around the equipment.

 

There is no strong electromagnetic field around the equipment.

 

No direct sunlight or direct radiation from other heat sources.

 

Appropriate use and maintenance space shall be reserved around the equipment.

 

Because the cover and box body is sealed by water, the salt mist can be prevented from overflowing. The corrosion test chamber shall be placed stably and kept horizontal.

 

A separate compartment is not easy to be placed together with any other equipment to prevent corrosion of other equipment and instruments.

 

Do not shift frequently.

Purified water, distilled water, and deionized water are used. Resistivity ≥ 500 Ω m

 

5. Other precautions

 

Opening the door of the corrosion test chamber during the test will cause temperature and humidity fluctuations in the chamber; During the test, if the door is opened many times or for a long time, or the test sample emits wet steam, the heat exchanger of the refrigeration system may freeze and fail to work normally.
