Thermal Conductivity Tester Transient Plane Heat Source Method

Description

Product Description
Thermal conductivity tester based on transient plane heat source technology (TPS). This product is independently developed by AVIC Dingli Instruments. It has stable test performance and strong data processing and analysis capabilities. It can be used to measure the thermal conductivity of various types of materials.

Measurement material types: metal, ceramic, alloy, ore, polymer, composite material, paper, fabric, foam plastic (insulation material and board with flat surface), polyurethane, phenolic, urea formaldehyde, mineral wool (glass wool, rock wool, mineral wool), cement wall, glass reinforced composite board CRC, cement polystyrene board, sandwich concrete, glass fiber reinforced plastic panel composite board, paper honeycomb board, etc.

Product Characteristics

1. Wide test range, stable test performance

2. Direct measurement, test time can be set from 5 to 160 seconds, can quickly and accurately measure thermal conductivity, saving a lot of time;

3. It will not be affected by contact thermal resistance like the static method;

4. Non-destructive testing of samples means that samples can be reused;

5. The probe is designed with a double helix structure, combined with a dedicated mathematical model, and uses the core algorithm to analyze and calculate the data collected on the probe.
