AПРИМЕНЕНИЯ

This machine complies with ASTM D3574 and ISO 8307 test standards. It also complies with the test method of Japanese urethane foam SESN 3296 for car seat cushions. It is suitable for measuring the falling ball rebound performance of flexible polyurethane foam. This instrument uses a steel ball with a given diameter and mass to freely fall on the foam sample at a specified height, and calculates the maximum height of the steel ball rebound and the steel ball. The percentage of the drop height ratio is the rebound rate, and the rebound rate represents the rebound performance of the foam. The machine is controlled by a microprocessor, displayed in liquid crystal in Chinese, and can print test data. The machine has the characteristics of safe, reliable and high measurement accuracy.
