Flame Temperature Calibration Device

Description

Product Description

This calibration device is designed in accordance with IEC 60695-11-5 and GB/T 5169.5 standards for measuring the flame temperature of needle flame test instruments.
During measurement, the copper block is positioned 6±0.5mm above the needle flame burner. The flame is ignited, and the time required for the copper block temperature to rise from 100°C±5°C to 700°C±3°C must be within 23.5±1.0 seconds.

Three measurements are required, with natural cooling of the copper block to below 50°C between each test.

Note: Thermocouples are susceptible to damage above 700°C; thus, the burner must be removed immediately upon reaching this temperature.
