(I) Hardware features

1. The whole machine is composed of thickened square, channel and solid steel, which makes the machine have certain stability;

4. The power system adopts Panasonic digital AC server to control the AC servo motor with high response frequency, which ensures the high efficiency of the transmission system, smooth transmission, low noise, and the speed accuracy can be controlled within ±0.5%.

OPERATION PRINCIPLE

This machine through the oil cylinder drive to make the sliding platform rise and fall, motor drive screw so that the left and right clamping plate to move inward, so as to press the specimen; the use of force sensors connected to the monitor automatically display the value of the force.
