Mattress Rolling Machine Three Functions:
（1) Durability Test
Applications& Test Purpose
Mattess Durability Tester using a horizontal hexagonal wooden drum roll or cylinder (both ends of the diameter of 250 mm, the middle part of the 300 mm, rolling back and forth on the mattress, simulate human motion to assess the durability of the mattress.
آزمایشگر تحمل متراس برای تعیین تحمل هر نوع متراس و واحد بسته‌بندی متراس ساخته شده است، به‌طوری‌که با توجه به مواد ساخت، شرایط استفاده طولانی‌مدت را شبیه‌سازی می‌کند. این دستگاه شامل یک بطری وزنه‌دار است که به‌صورت عرضی روی متراس حرکت می‌کند تا حرکات بدن را شبیه‌سازی کند. طول ضربه‌ای که بطری به آن حرکت می‌کند به‌راحتی با لغزاندن تنظیم‌کننده‌های ضربه به سمت چپ یا راست، برای متراس مورد آزمایش تنظیم می‌شود. بارگذاری و خالی‌کردن بطری روی متراس به‌راحتی از طریق یک سیستم بلندکننده موتوری انجام می‌شود.

(2) EN Hardness and Height Change Test
Mattress Hardness and Height Change Test Applications & Test Purpose:
The mattress test machine combines the loading device (roll) with a hardness measuring device. Thus, firmness test can be carried out according to ASTM F 1566 or EN 1957, without the need for a rearrangement of the specimen, which would falsify the measured values. It can also display height change by servo measuring system.
پس از آنکه سرپوش قسمت جلویی ساختار را به‌راحتی باز کنید، نمونه را می‌توان روی یک پایه آزمایشی انعطاف‌پذیر قرار داد. این موضوع دستگاه آزمایش را بسیار کارآمد و صرفه‌جویی‌کننده در فضا می‌کند.
نرم‌افزار امکان ورود انعطاف‌پذیر پارامترها، اجرای روش‌های مختلف آزمایش، نمایش گرافیکی مقادیر اندازه‌گیری‌شده، ارزیابی آزمایش و ثبت آن را فراهم می‌کند. هنگامی که تعداد پیش‌تنظیم‌شده چرخه‌ها به‌انتهای خود می‌رسد، آزمایش به‌طور خودکار متوقف می‌شود.

(3) Edge Test
استاندارد آزمایش: EN1725
Applications& Test Purpose:
این ماشین عملکرد آزمون خستگی متراس را افزایش می‌دهد؛ با شبیه‌سازی نشستن انسان بر روی لبه متراس و اعمال نیروی 1000 نیوتن، خستگی متراس را بر اساس استاندارد EN1725 برای 5000 چرخه آزمایش می‌کند.
