USAGE

The simulated level three highway bump test bed is suitable for highway transportation acceleration simulation tests of products transported by trucks to determine whether the products can adapt to the expected transportation vibration environment. Highway transportation acceleration simulation test refers to using the simulation platform to increase the test value of simulated transportation vibration to shorten the transportation simulation test time and conduct tests that are consistent with the statistical characteristics of cumulative fatigue damage in the automobile transportation environment. It can meet QJ815.2 test standard.

PRINCIPLE

This vibration tester mechanically simulates the vibration environment of a car driving on the road and reproduces it in the laboratory. The design idea is based on statistics and using the principles of probability theory and stochastic control theory to design. At the same time, since the vibration in the up and down direction of the car compartment is broadband random vibration, it is difficult to reproduce the power spectrum mechanically. The idea of sub-band proximity is used to simulate broadband random vibration. Each sub-band contains a natural frequency (the natural frequency of the car). principle, and the power of each frequency band satisfies:

δi table = δi car

δi table is the root mean square value of the i-th frequency band of a point acceleration on the transport table;

δi car is the root mean square value of the i-th frequency band of a point acceleration on the car compartment.

In terms of vibration magnitude, the transport table is consistent with the actual sports car. In terms of time, the time level between the transport table and the actual sports car is 1:1, that is, the time during the experiment and the actual sports car are equal.

The vibration of the transport table is broadband random vibration, and its technical indicators should be described using parameters describing random vibration, which cannot be confused with single sinusoidal vibration.
